A printed circuit board (PCB) is the physical and electrical backbone of an electronic product. We serve R&D and production customers with PCB prototyping and volume manufacturing, and can combine PCB with FPC, rigid-flex and SMT assembly in one stop.

How a PCB Order Is Evaluated
Every order starts from your data rather than a generic spec sheet, so the construction is confirmed before material is committed:
- Send Gerber, drill files and your requirements
- Engineering review of stack-up, layer count, drill sizes, panelisation and finish
- We confirm the feasible construction and reply with the quotation
- After confirmation the boards move into fabrication with the agreed inspection points
Quality Control
Boards follow the published process checkpoints, and any in-process or outgoing inspection is carried out before packing. If your project needs particular test items, state them in the RFQ so they can be quoted and confirmed in writing.

Combining PCB with FPC and Assembly
Because flexible circuits, rigid boards and SMT assembly can be handled together, a product that uses both a rigid PCB and an FPC can be sourced as one package instead of being split across suppliers. Tell us at RFQ stage if the boards are to be assembled, so the review covers the whole build.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What files are needed for a PCB quotation?
- Gerber and drill files, layer count and board thickness, laminate type and Tg, copper weight, surface finish, quantity and target delivery. If the boards will be assembled, say so at RFQ stage so SMT can be quoted together.
- How many layers can you produce?
- Layer count is confirmed against your drawing during engineering review. Send the stack-up and requirements and our engineers will confirm whether the construction can be produced.
- Can PCB and FPC be ordered together?
- Yes - rigid boards and flexible circuits can be reviewed and quoted as one package, which keeps the stack-up and materials consistent between the two parts of the design.
- Do you support special materials or processes?
- Special technologies such as HDI, high-frequency or aluminium-base boards should be confirmed with our engineers first. Send your requirements and we will confirm feasibility before you commit.
- How do I request a PCB quote?
- Use the Contact page and describe the board, quantity and application. Our engineers review the data and reply with the information still required and the quotation.
