Multilayer Flexible PCB
Multilayer flexible circuits deliver higher circuit density in a bendable format. Our published range includes 3-4 layer and 5-6 layer stackups within 1-6 layers in total.
Layer count, stackup sequence and material combination are confirmed per project after our engineers review your Gerber data and stackup drawing.
Prototype & Volume Production
Both stages are supported so that the process qualified during prototyping carries into volume production:

Quality Control
Production follows the process sequence published on our website: incoming inspection, solder paste printing, high-speed placement, reflow soldering, AOI automated optical inspection and packing.
