In R&D you need fast, reliable flexible PCB samples to validate design and assembly. We schedule prototyping from your Gerber and drawings, and our engineers review manufacturability before production to reduce costly re-spins.
Prototype Process
A typical flow (delivery confirmed after review):
- Submit Gerber / CAD and requirements
- Engineering and DFM review
- Confirm stackup and quotation
- Sample fabrication and quality check
- Shipping and sample feedback
Recommended Details
For a higher first-pass success rate, please also provide:
- Layer count, material and copper weight
- Surface finish
- Panelisation and delivery (SMT assembly needed?)
- Quantity and target delivery
From Prototype to Volume
The process confirmed in prototyping can carry directly into volume production, reducing transfer variation. SMT assembly can be completed in the same factory.
