Before committing to volume you need flexible PCB samples that validate the design, stackup and assembly. We build FPC prototypes from your Gerber and drawings, and our engineers review manufacturability before samples are produced, so problems are caught on paper instead of in a re-spin.

Quality Checks on Prototypes
Prototype builds pass through the same published process checkpoints used in production - incoming inspection, solder paste printing, placement, reflow, AOI inspection and packing - so the sample you approve reflects the process that will run in volume.

From Prototype to Volume
The construction confirmed during prototyping carries directly into volume production, which reduces variation at transfer. SMT assembly can be completed in the same factory, so assembled samples can be supplied together with the flexible circuits.
