Prototype Process
A typical flow:
- Submit Gerber, drill and requirements
- Engineering review and quotation
- Sample fabrication with electrical/visual check
- Shipping and validation feedback
Details to Provide
Layer count, board thickness, laminate (e.g. FR4), copper weight, surface finish, quantity, whether SMT is needed, and target delivery.
Note
Please check with our engineers first for special technologies such as HDI, high-frequency or aluminium-base boards.
