Quality is built on controlled processes. We review and confirm your data with engineering before production and place inspection points throughout the process so that delivery quality is traceable.

Our SMT and board manufacturing process includes the following steps (as published on our website):
- Incoming inspection
- Solder paste printing
- High-speed placement
- Reflow soldering
- AOI automated optical inspection
- Packing and shipping
What Each Checkpoint Covers
Every step in the sequence carries a defined check, so that a problem is caught at the stage where it occurs rather than at final inspection:
- Incoming inspection: material, coverlay and batch information are verified
- Solder paste printing: print thickness and position consistency
- High-speed placement: component position, orientation and polarity
- Reflow soldering: the profile is followed and the joint result confirmed
- AOI: missing parts, offset and bridging defects are detected optically
- Packing and shipping: quantity, packing and shipment details are checked against the order
Engineering Review
Before production we review your Gerber, BOM and requirements for manufacturability, identifying issues early.
How Buyers Can Verify Quality
Beyond in-process control, the delivery can be verified in ways you can plan into your own schedule:
- Sample approval - structure and appearance are confirmed before volume
- Data re-check - the drawing revision and process requirements are re-confirmed before a volume run
- Outgoing inspection - the items agreed for the order are inspected before shipment
- Feedback loop - issues reported after shipment are traced back to the process and inspection stage

Frequently Asked Questions
- Which quality certifications do you hold?
- Certification status is stated according to the certificates the company actually holds and can issue. If your project requires a specific certification or test standard, tell us in the RFQ and we will confirm the position before you commit.
- Do you provide inspection reports with shipment?
- The test items and records that can be provided are confirmed with the order. Tell us the report type and inspection items you need in your RFQ so they can be confirmed in writing.
- How is prototype-to-volume consistency maintained?
- The construction and process confirmed on the sample become the reference for volume production, and the file revision is re-checked before the volume run to reduce differences caused by mixed revisions.
- Can you inspect to our own test standard?
- Send the standard and the specific inspection items. We will review them and confirm whether they can be carried out, together with the inspection plan that applies.
- What happens if a quality issue is found?
- Provide the batch information, a description of the defect and photos. We check the production and inspection records for that batch and reply with the proposed handling.
