Quality is built on controlled processes. We review and confirm your data with engineering before production and place inspection points throughout the process so that delivery quality is traceable.
Process Control
Our SMT and board manufacturing process includes the following steps (as published on our website):
- Incoming inspection
- Solder paste printing
- High-speed placement
- Reflow soldering
- AOI automated optical inspection
- Packing and shipping
Engineering Review
Before production we review your Gerber, BOM and requirements for manufacturability, identifying issues early.

Specific test items, methods and certifications are subject to our confirmed information and certificates. If you need particular certifications or test standards, state them clearly in your RFQ.
